Videos are the single best way to deliver a message to your customers. Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol Addiction Treatment is not like selling car parts. We are talking about life and all of it’s vulnerabilities. Articles do not come close to video for communicating the message of high quality treatment.
Drug Rehab Testimonials are 100% more believable than any marketing materials we can produce for a treatment center.
In these videos, we concentrated on three core components in order to deliver a professional result:
- Authenticity – It takes 2-3 hours of interviewing to help the person relax and forget that the cameras are rolling. Our Executive producer has been sober since 2001 and knows how to connect when interviewing. The best way to get into someone’s living room is through video. The best way to build trust is through video.
- Audio Quality – While audio quality might not seem like a big deal, it certainly is. People decide in the first 10 seconds if they are going to stay with the video, so our sound team is a key component.
- Video Quality – Same holds true for video quality, as does audio quality-it matters, it matters a lot.
People do business with people they know, like and trust.
Our aim is to authentically connect with the user so that they get to know, like and trust us. At the end of the day, we are talking about people who make the difference. People want to know that you care and I think that this comes across well in the videos.
If you have some time go to Youtube, then do a search for drug addiction treatment center + your state and see what others are doing. See if the above videos are a better product than what is out there on Youtube in your state. Keep in mind, if you are going to do a video shoot it makes a lot of sense to produce a dozen videos where you interview the staff, some of the alumni and do an overview of the facility. As of June 2012, the cost to send a professional team is about $30,000 plus travel and catering. While this might seem expensive for many centers, it is the cost of 1 admission and it can return a dozen admissions per year. If you do treatment well and you don’t communicate that through video, you are doing your staff and clients a disservice.
Additionally, after the initial dozen videos are produced, we still have a lot of “B roll” that we can then create keyword videos for. We can then release these at a later date(s). Google loves it when you release high quality content, so do your clients. Don’t forget that video is the perfect social media content. 🙂 If you have any questions about production or scheduling call Jim Peake @ the number below.
